As a certified Christian life coach specializing in ministry life coaching, Dr. Bill offers three types of client relationships for people in ministry positions: Life Coaching, Mentoring, and Consulting. Please consider which type of relationship is best for you and your ministry needs.

Ministry Life Coaching: A traditional life coaching relationship where the goals are set by you and I offer support in relation to reaching those goals through the coaching process. My experience and education allow me to speak the language of ministry and to understand your goals more deeply than a more generalized life coach. In this relationship you are considered “the expert.” Advice giving and mentoring approaches by me are kept to a minimum. My role as a ministry life coach is to help you be the best version of yourself.

Ministry Mentoring: A mentoring relationship where the goals are set by the client and I offer my expertise as a mentor to help clients reach goals they do not feel are attainable without some advice from a mentor. During this process goals may be evaluated and changed as you and I work together towards making your ministry the best it can be. In this relationship I will try to identify areas of growth needed for you which will help you attain and set healthy goals. My role is to help you become the best version of yourself.

Ministry Consulting: A consulting relationship where I evaluate your ministry and ministry goals and make recommendations for moving forward. Very often the consulting process will transition into a mentoring or life coaching relationship after new goals and a new course has been set.
